    How much is delivery, and how long does it take?

    Delivery is free and tracked on every UK order, with no minimum spend. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and then take an estimated 6–10 business days to arrive, so please allow an estimated 7–13 business days in total. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

    Which size should I choose?

    All sizes are women's UK sizes, with the EU equivalent shown next to each one. Every product page has its own size guide with foot-length measurements for that style. If you're between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

    Can I return my order?

    Yes. Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee: you can return items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn outdoors and in their original condition. Please email us before sending anything back so we can give you the correct return instructions. See our Return & Refund Policy.

    Do you have a multi-buy discount?

    Yes – buy 2 pairs and save an extra 15%, buy 3 and save an extra 20%, or buy 4 or more and save an extra 30%, on top of sale prices. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, with no code needed.
